Raising Leaders for a Changing World

As Nigeria’s premier Montessori Adolescent Programme, we deliver a 21st-century, individualized learning experience that teaches students how to think, how to learn, and how to lead. Our approach nurtures well-rounded, confident adolescents who are equipped academically, emotionally, and socially to make meaningful contributions to society.

What Sets Us Apart

An innovative adolescent program that blends academics, character, and real-world skills.

Self-Expression

At Archersfield, we believe in the power of self-expression as a core component of learning. Our Self-Expression classes encourage students to explore and communicate their unique identities through art, music, drama, and creative writing.

Preparation for Adult Life

In these classes, we guide students through essential life skills that lay a solid foundation for their future roles in society. From financial literacy and practical problem-solving to ethical decision-making, students gain real-world knowledge that prepares them for adulthood.

Psychic Development

Our Psychic Development classes foster mental and emotional growth, aligning with the Montessori philosophy of educating the whole child. Through activities that enhance focus, intuition, and emotional resilience, students develop a strong sense of self-awareness and mental agility.

Our Core Strengths

Purpose-driven programs that nurture intellect, leadership, and character.

Montessori Adolescent Model (11–18 Years)

Archersfield operates a specialized Montessori program designed specifically for adolescents. This model supports identity formation, independence, and intellectual maturity while combining academic excellence with emotional and social development.

Spiral & Integrated Curriculum

Our curriculum intentionally connects subjects, allowing students to see relationships between disciplines. Concepts are revisited at deeper levels, reinforcing understanding and strengthening long-term retention.

Learner-Led Education

Students take ownership of their academic journey. They set goals, manage responsibilities, and engage in meaningful projects that build accountability, discipline, and intrinsic motivation.

Holistic Development Approach

Beyond academics, we intentionally develop emotional intelligence, leadership skills, resilience, teamwork, and a strong sense of self, raising well-rounded adolescents prepared for life.

Practical & Experiential Learning

Learning goes beyond textbooks. Students engage in real-world applications, collaborative projects, and problem-solving activities that build confidence and critical thinking skills.

Leadership & Entrepreneurship Focus

Archersfield equips students with life and leadership skills, including exposure to entrepreneurship, financial literacy, communication skills, and strategic thinking—preparing them to lead in any field they choose.

Programs & Opportunities

Innovative curricula and extra programs that prepare students for leadership and success.

A Spiral Curriculum That Connects Knowledge

At Archersfield Montessori Academy, learning is not fragmented. Our spiral curriculum intentionally links different subjects together to reinforce understanding and deepen knowledge.

Learning Beyond the Classroom: Education Through Experience

At Archersfield, adolescents learn in three essential ways: guided instruction, collaborative engagement, and practical life application. Concepts are not limited to textbooks—they are explored through projects, discussions, experiments, and real-world scenarios.

Individualized Learning for Every Student

Our presentation of material is carefully designed to meet diverse learning styles. Through whole-class instruction, small group collaboration, and one-on-one lessons, we ensure that no student is left behind.

Learner-Led Education: Building Responsibility and Independence

Our learner-led model encourages adolescents to take personal responsibility for their academic journey. Students set goals, manage their work schedules, and engage in projects that are meaningful to them.

Teaching How to Think, Not What to Think

At Archersfield Montessori Academy, our curriculum is designed to cultivate analysis, creativity, and independent thought. Through interdisciplinary learning and reflective practice, students learn to question assumptions, evaluate evidence, and form reasoned conclusions.

A Balanced Approach to Academic Excellence and Life Skills

At Archersfield Montessori Academy, our curriculum balances rigorous academic study with life skills development. Through collaborative projects, reflective exercises, and practical applications, students strengthen communication skills, teamwork, resilience, and self-awareness.
