Admission to Archersfield Montessori Academy is subject to:

Show respect for staff, peers, and the environment
Uphold the values of the Academy
Maintain appropriate behavior within and outside school premises
Participate responsibly in academic and extracurricular activities
Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or withdrawal.
Students are expected to actively participate in learner-led activities and assessments.
Academic progress will be communicated to parents/guardians periodically.
The Academy does not guarantee specific examination results but commits to delivering quality instruction and support.
Regular attendance is mandatory.
Absences must be formally communicated by parents/guardians.
Extended or unexplained absences may affect academic progress.
Parents/guardians must disclose relevant medical information.
The Academy reserves the right to take necessary action in emergencies.
Students must comply with all safety guidelines and school regulations.
While Archersfield Montessori Academy takes reasonable care to ensure student safety and quality education, the Academy shall not be held liable for:
Personal belongings lost or damaged on school premises
Injuries resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control
Events caused by force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
The Academy may use photographs or videos of school activities for promotional or educational purposes unless parents/guardians submit a written request opting out.
All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Archersfield Montessori Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website.
